- CancellationsWebsite bookings: full refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before the start. Airbnb and GetYourGuide bookings follow that platform's terms.
- Meeting pointIt's in your confirmation and your tour's WhatsApp group.
- Accessibility or special requestsLet us know before the day and we'll do our best to help.
