1. Overview
Vibe Colombia provides guided nightlife walking tours in Medellín, Colombia. By booking or participating in a tour operated by Vibe Colombia, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Vibe Colombia is currently operated by Victor Camacho, based in San Diego, CA, United States.
These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, booking platforms, or authorized partners including but not limited to Airbnb Experiences, GetYourGuide, Viator, or other booking partners.
2. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years of age to join the tour.
- Participants may be asked to present valid identification if required by venues visited during the tour.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings may be made through authorized booking platforms or through Vibe Colombia's booking systems.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated by the booking platform.
- Pricing is typically charged per participant.
- The tour price includes the guided experience but does not include drinks or personal purchases unless explicitly stated.
4. Alcohol and Venue Responsibility
The tour may visit bars, rooftop venues, and nightclubs in Medellín. Alcohol consumption is optional and not included in the tour price unless otherwise specified.
Participants are solely responsible for:
- Their alcohol consumption
- Their behavior in venues
- Complying with local laws and venue rules
Vibe Colombia does not control the policies or actions of third-party venues. Participants may be refused entry to venues if they do not comply with venue policies.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Guests may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed according to the policies of the booking platform used for the reservation.
6. Late Arrivals
Guests are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled meeting time. Guests who arrive late may miss part or all of the tour and are not eligible for refunds.
We encourage participants to join the tour WhatsApp group when provided, which allows us to share updates and our current location so late guests may be able to catch up with the group when possible.
7. Tour Modifications and Cancellations
Vibe Colombia reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Safety concerns
- Venue closures
- Local regulations
- Insufficient bookings
In such cases, guests may be offered a rescheduled tour or a full refund.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, other guests, venue staff, and local residents. Vibe Colombia reserves the right to remove participants from the tour without refund if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or illegal.
9. Assumption of Risk and Liability Disclaimer
Participation in nightlife tours involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
- Walking in urban environments
- Visiting crowded venues
- Alcohol consumption
- General nightlife activity
By participating in the tour, guests acknowledge that they participate voluntarily and at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Colombia and its operators shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, illness, lost or stolen personal property, or actions of third-party venues or individuals.
10. Photography and Media
During tours, guides or staff may take photos or videos for marketing and promotional purposes. By participating in the tour, guests grant Vibe Colombia permission to use such photos or videos in social media, websites, and marketing materials.
Guests who prefer not to appear in photos should inform the guide at the beginning of the tour.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws relevant to the operations of Vibe Colombia.
